4 -  Subsection (b) amended and Subsection (c) added by Act of May 17, 2005, 79th Leg., R.S., H.B. 1011, §1, eff. Sept. 1, 2005. Section 2 of H.B. 1011 provides that the Act applies only to a suit to remove a cemetery dedication filed on or after September 1, 2005. A suit to remove a cemetery dedication filed before that date is governed by the law in effect on the date the suit was filed, and the former law is continued in effect for that purpose.
